Oil Filling Instructions (for Model 2000 Fixing Tester)

Connecting and disconnecting Gauges from the Tester body will eventually use up the spare oil capacity and will not allow the tester plunger to travel it's full stroke or give an accurate reading on the Gauge.

To replenish the oil level connect the oil bottle via the quick release coupler, remove bottle cap. Hold Tester with oil bottle in vertical position. Pull on the Turning Handle until the front of the Stainless Piston is 10mm from the end of the Body. Push this Piston back in fully, using thumbs and repeat until all air bubbles are expelled, the oil is replenished, and piston is 10mm from face of the Body. Remove oil bottle.
