Safety Harness Eyebolt
Tester Kit
For testing Safety Harness Eyebolts to the requirements of BS 5845 and EN 795 "Protection against falling from a height, anchor devices - requirement for testing." and BS 7883:2005 BS 788:2005 Code of Practice for the design, selection, installation, use and maintenance of anchor devices conforming to BS EN795.
Ladder restraint hooks and most ringbolts in concrete or masonry may be tested with this kit.
Kit includes tester with
- 15kN fixed gauge
- M12 Locking adaptor
- M12 Locking adaptor Clevis
- 150mm Load Spreading Bridge
- 75mm Hex extension legs
- M12 Threaded Stud Coupler
- 22mm AF-Operating Nut
Each structural anchorage, after installation, should be submitted to an axial pull-out force of 6kN to confirm the soundness of the fixing.
