M12 Locking Adaptor

M12 Ringbolt Adaptor Clevis
For quick and safe testing of safety harness eyebolts and scaffold tie bolts. Use with M12 Locking adaptor to lock into tester for repetitive test situations. Comprises drop forged clevis, captive security pin with spring loaded ball for quick assembly and safety chain for security.
Use with tester mounted on 150mm load spreading bridge, 100 Aluminium Load Spreading Stool or 250 Aluminium Load Spreading Bridge.
50mm Hex Extension Legs
75mm Hex Extension Legs
Supplied as standard with 150 Load Spreading Bridge in Mk 2 tester kit. Enables most eyebolts to be tested with legs tightened against bridge for secure load transfer.
100mm Hex Extension Legs
Allows extension of legs on 150 Load Spreading Bridge for special applications with large stand-off.
250/270 Aluminium Load Spreading Bridge
Lightweight optional bridge for use with Ringbolt adaptor for testing Safety Harness Eyebolts. Feet have flat undersides and 65mm diameter to minimise reaction pressure, they do not rotate with adjusting legs thus protecting decorative finishes. May also be used for testing Scaffold Ties. Mounting holes allow tester to be fixed to any of 4 orientations. Supplied with mounting screws and hex screwdriver. Standard 250 bridge as shown has 265mm centres giving 200mm span between feet.

New model 270 bridge has 340mm centres giving 275mm span between feet. Side plate (2) are available to convert 250 model to 270 model. Standard height adjustment on both models is 135mm but longer legs can be specified.
A new extended version of the 250 load spreading bridge is now available from Hydrajaws. Known as the 270 load spreading bridge - it offers the following advantage.
- 275 mm effective span between load feet.
This increase over the 250 model which has 200mm effective span between load feet will be useful for the testing of eyebolts and ringbolts attached to metal backing plates fixed to building.
3 mm hex driver supplied with 250 and 270 mm bridges for assembling model 2000 tester.
