Hydrajaw's News Feed Hydrajaws RSS news feed service

RSS News Feed

"RSS [Really Simple Syndication] is a web based feed format used to deliver frequently updated web information
to a user's PC.
"

An RSS feed contains information which points people to a particular web page or the entire news bulletin itself. Users will require a feed reader so that you can receive automatic prompts when a new feed has been received. Details of the feed reader software can be viewed in the column to the right.

Once the feed reader software has been installed on your PC, simply copy and paste the following url into the reader...

http://www.hydrajaws.co.uk/feed.xml

That's it - the news feed is now active and every time Ashbourne Management Services posts a new update, you will receive it on your desktop automatically. You will never need to check the website manually again for fresh content, the content will come to you!

Windows Vista comes packed with its own feed reader, so there is no need to download one in this instance.

Internet Explorer version 7.0 can automatically decipher news feed files [XML]. If you copy the link url above into your browser, you can read the feed in IE7 but you will not be able to read the feed in older versions. Although the feed is readable in IE7 the service does not involve automation so we still recomend that you have a feed reader installed for maximum benefit.
