Hydrajaws Portable Cable System Tester(Model No:- 0098 – 10001-00)
Hydrajaws have developed a test rig for checking the security of swaged fittings on the mansafe 8mm wire rope system. Lightweight and portable the test rig is designed to test on site all the swaged components during installation and to carry out testing during annual inspections in accordance with existing safety standards.
All fittings and accessories are provided in the kit to easily carry out testing of an existing installation with the minimum dismantling of the components required. Extender bars are provided where a test is to be undertaken on an installation with long terminating assemblies.
The pulling force to carry out the swage test is applied by the hydrajaws medium duty tension tester fitted with a 20kn capacity load gauge. This tester with gauge is part of the anchor test kit. Most installers will already have this test kit used for checking the security of fixings to install end brackets and safety harness eyebolts.

Anchor Test Kit

Hydrajaws have developed a Master Fixing Tester Kit with 10kn and 25kn Gauges. This dedicated Kit comes with a full range of accessories enabling Installers to check the security of the M12 Anchors used to secure Cable Brackets. The two Load Spreading Bridges supplied with the Kit allows end and Intermediate Bracket Fixings to be tested without having to remove the wire rope and spreads the load over an unsupported area around the Fixing.
In addition to carrying out testing on the Wire Rope System this Kit will check Push lock Anchors and the conventional Safety Harness Eyebolts in accordance with EN 795 and other standards. The 0094 Fixing Kit will test Scaffold Ringbolts, Standard Eyebolts, Ladder Restraints and the Tester will operate the 0098 10001-00 Cable System Tester.
