We have to advise all our customers outside the EU that equipment being returned for service and calibration has to leave the UK again within 30 days to comply with strict custom rules.

If a PRO FORMA invoice has been issued this MUST be paid within 14 days so that work can be completed within the 30 day window.

Should equipment be held due to late payment or non payment an additional charge will be invoiced to cover the extra administration work in dealing with customs charges.

Please note that when stating the value of equipment being returned a nominal figure should be applied NOT the original purchased price of the equipment as the declared value will denotes the custom charges.

Custom Charges will be a minimum of £35
