£3,107.00£3,941.00

Specialist hydraulic equipment for load testing a variety of applications 0-500kN. From threaded telecom mast fixings to rebar and stud fixings.

The Hydrajaws Hydraulic Hollow Cylinder Tester Kit consists of a two-speed manually operated aluminium hand pump, rechargeable digital gauge, 3m hose and either 180kN, 370kN or 500kN hollow bore aluminium cylinder which is more portable and weighs less than a traditional steel cylinder.

Please note: different sizes require different gauges and the 500kN has a bigger capacity handpump.

The hand pump features low handle effort characteristics for easy operation, and a strong lightweight design, and the 3m hose features a hose whip restraint system safety feature.

It is supplied complete with a pre-filled oil reservoir ready for immediate use.

All cylinders have a hollow piston to enable a rod or cable to be passed through the entire cylinder length making it suitable for applications where a pulling force is required. All models have a hard anodised, wear-resistant, piston rod and cylinder body and a steel cylinder base protection plate.

What convinced me to try the Hydrajaws Bluetooth Digital System was the traceability. Being a company that install anchors etc. it is critical to have results and reports that are un-questionable.
