Our dedicated in house engineers provide a recalibration service as well as servicing and repairs of all your Hydrajaws equipment.
Our service
Providing calibration, servicing and repairs for over 30 years Hydrajaws takes pride in supplying the very best aftercare service.
Please note that when you return your equipment from OUTSIDE OF THE UK for service, repair or calibration we are charged 20% import VAT, therefore the declared value of the equipment should be realistic and must reflect that the equipment is used and not new. Any admin charges will be added to your invoice on the return of your equipment. Please contact us if further clarification is needed.
Calibration
From date of purchase your gauge is calibrated for a one year period. After this period we offer a recalibration service which certifies appropriate gauges for a further one year period. If your tester has a fixed gauge the whole unit will need to be sent to us for calibration. If your gauge is detachable, (i.e. fitted with a coupler) only the gauge needs to be sent to us for calibration.

Calibration – Fast Track Service
Hydrajaws Calibration Fast Track Service allows customers, to who have pre booked, to bring their equipment to Hydrajaws HQ in Tamworth and get it calibrated while they wait. This premium service has a nominal charge depending on the amount of gauges to be calibrated.
Calibration Fast Track – Costs 1 -2 Gauges: £25.00, 3 -5 Gauges: £35.00

Servicing
Hydrajaws products are built to last so breakdowns and malfunctions are rare but we do recommend having your tester serviced every 5 years depending on usage. Our experienced team will ensure your equipment is back with you as soon as possible.
